Quality control
Every day we run tests to check shrinkage, twisting, colourfastness, and wet/dry rubbing in our own test laboratories. We also cooperate with external, professional laboratories, which allow us to check flame resistance, nickel content, prohibited chemicals, etc.
The TPC quality controllers, who are active at the various factories, work according to the following schedule:
1. First inspection: Fabric shrinkage, colour tones, colourfastness, and weight.
2. Middle inspection: Measurements, weight, stains (if any), threads, stitching, accessories.
3. Final inspection: Colour fastness, garment shrinkage, weight, stitching/threads, wet/dry rubbing.
Having been subjected to this three-stage checking procedure, with its accompanying test record sheet, the pre-delivery sample garment is now ready to be sent to customer for approval.
Before the goods leave the factory, a final inspection is made of the product as well as the packaging.
